It is not a complete list of everyone released during that period.
A person booked and released in the same cohort may have a populated release date. Someone booked days earlier and released today may not appear in today’s report at all. Around midnight, a report change can also split the useful evidence between the current and prior PDFs. These limits make the daily report an evidence source, not a ready-made feed.
