Queries Entered in Search Tools
A name, location, or other term entered in a search box is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Shawnee County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s policy controls its collection, use, and retention of the query.
Emails and Contact Messages
When you email us or submit a contact message, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process.
