For a county booking, start by securing the booking number, booking date, date of birth, agency, and case number from an official text record. Those fields make a later photo request precise. If the person entered KDOC, search KASPER by KDOC number and confirm that the state photograph belongs to the same person.
VINELink serves custody information and alerts. It should not be described as a durable Shawnee booking-photo archive. Likewise, a court docket supplies the case history but may not reproduce the jail image. Each channel answers a different part of the request.

Under K.S.A. 21-6614, the waiting period generally runs from sentence satisfaction or discharge from supervision, not jail exit. The Shawnee criminal division provides local routing. An expunged case is excluded from public court search.
